RETURNS

🔵If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped for any reason other than it being due to our error ex. changed your mind,ordered accidentally, or backordered, there will be a 10% fee charged, as we get charged a fee for the cancellation. 
🔵If you want to return an unopened/opened but not installed order for any reason other than it being our error, customer will be responsible for a 10% fee and return shipping. If you want to return products that you have installed, you must return them in the original box they came in, and there will be a 10% fee plus 20% restocking fee. You must start the return process within 15 days of receiving your order. If you do not have the original box, we will not be able to accept your return.
🔵If it’s due to our error, don’t worry! We will send you a prepaid return label and refund you. 

Warranty 

All unmodified products have a manufacturer warranty, you are in good hands knowing we are here to help! If you have a defective product, we will ask for you to send it back after we send you a prepaid label! When it is received, we will send you the replacement product! 

Custom lights are non-refundable/non-returnable as they are built to order. Products that are modified in any way are no longer accepted under the manufacturer warranty. If you need something repaired or replaced, the customer will need to cover shipping. This is the risk with custom lights, ESPECIALLY adding RGB components, even the best quality parts have a small chance of failing. The parts will be covered under warranty, but shipping and labor will not. The labor will be half off.Â
