How long is the giveaway?

From April 15 at 12:00 AM EST to July 15 at 11:59 PM EST. All orders between this time period will be entered for that giveaway. We expect to announce the winner on, or about, July 19th. 

I want to get entered but I am under 18, what can I do?

You must have a drivers license and be 18 or over to claim your prize. Have a parent, guardian, or trusted adult checkout for you if needed! The title will then be signed over to them. If you checkout using your information and are under 18, and you are drawn as the winner, you will unfortunately NOT be eligible to claim your prize. Again, you MUST be atleast 18 years old in order to claim your prize. We will do another random drawing if this ends up being the case.

You are responsible for getting the truck where you live. If you are a Canadian citizen, or live in Hawaii or Alaska, it is up to you to figure out the logistics of transporting the truck from Georgia. 


How do I know I won? 

The owner of the company, Austin, will reach out via phone to call the winner shortly after we end the Instagram live (@Square1Offroad is our only Instagram account). If no answer, we will leave a message, and follow up with a text or email. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS PRETENDING TO BE US. We will not ask the winner for any sort of payment for them to claim the truck. We will confirm the order number, what was ordered, the email, and the address to prove it is legitimate. Then, we will figure out a time that works for the winner to come pick it up. We have the title in hand and will sign it over to the winner before they leave with their new truck!


I don't see what I am looking for, how can I order?

We can email you an invoice with the part(s) you are wanting. Hit the contact us button and tell us what you need or send part numbers. Once we have determined if this/these are the current products for your application, we will send you an invoice via email. We will need your shipping info to send the invoice. 


I want custom lighting, do you offer that?

We do! Custom headlights, fog lights, tail lights, third brake, mirrors, etc!

Do you ship wheel and tire setups mounted and balanced?

We do not, the risk is too high for wheels getting damaged during transit. We ship the wheels packaged safely in their original boxes, and tires are delivered via Fedex. 


Google said "In Stock" on your listing, but my order hasn't shipped yet?

Unfortunately, for some reason, Google says every item is stock, even though we've never selected that feature. If you have any questions about your order or item availability, please email us.


I checked out with a faster shipping option and its a day late, what gives?

If an item is not in stock, and you do quicker shipping, we will ship your order with the correct shipping option as soon as it is back in stock. Our shipping times/prices are estimates and not always correct. 

We are not responsible and cannot be held liable for the timing and/or quality of any shipping services.

We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer or packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer. Please double check that your address is correct.


How are entries tallied?

Every $1 is 1 entry into our current giveaway. Entries are calculated based on the subtotal (price before shipping). So for example, if a product is $400 but shipping is $20, you will get 400 entries. Shipping is not calculated into the entries. Most products over $500 ship free (exclusions apply). So lets say you order a set of headlights and tail lights with a price of $2450. You will get free shipping and you will have 2450 entries! If you decide to place another order while the same giveaway is running, your new order entries will get added to your existing entries.


I placed an order but it hasn't shipped yet, and the giveaway is about to end, am I still entered?

Yes, from the moment you place your order, you are entered. Some products may not ship immediately due to being a custom order (forged wheels, custom lighting, etc) or if the product is on backorder. You are entered whether your order has arrived yet or not!


I never got a confirmation email, but my card got charged. Did my order go through?

If you forgot to put your email, or misspelled your email, then you cannot receive the automatic confirmation email. Please reach out to us to confirm we have your order as well as your correct email. You will get an order # once you check out that you can reference. 



- If an order is placed on an item that has incorrect pricing, the order will be refunded or invoiced for the difference. We are a dealer for over 1000 companies with constant price changes that make it impossible to keep up, but we try to catch it before items are purchased. Also, sometimes companies send over data info with typos that then get uploaded to our site incorrectly. With access to over 1 million products, this does happen every now and then. If you want to keep your order after we reach out to you about the price being incorrect, we can email you an invoice for the remainder. We appreciate your understanding.



- Be aware of fly-by-night companies offering too good to be true pricing. That is a direct violation of dealer policy and we can NOT price match to them as we do not want to risk losing our dealers license. We work closely with most of the companies we sell for, and we have no intention of hurting that relationship by devaluing their products and the pricing they have set. Selling at MSRP (manufacturers suggested retail price) and MAP (minimum advertised price) is  extremely important to us. A lot of these illegitimate resellers are advertising less than dealer cost, which is obviously a less than ideal business practice. If our pricing is higher than MAP pricing, and you let us know, we can adjust the pricing to MAP for you to checkout, and save you a few bucks!



- If the product(s) that you ordered have been discontinued from their manufacturer, we will reach out to you to let you know as well as remove the product(s) from the website immediately. We will then let you know about similar products or you can let us know other options you have looked at that. If we can get you another option, we can email you an invoice for the difference, or partially refund you if your original order was more expensive than what the new one would be. Also if you just want to cancel your order, we will gladly do so and refund you immediately. Generally, it takes 2-3 business days for the refund to appear on your card/bank statement.



- If a product/order needs to be returned PRIOR to the giveaway drawing, entries associated with that purchase will be voided. You must start the return process within 15 days of receiving your order. If you do not have the original box and packaging, we will not be able to accept your return.

- If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped for any reason other than it being due to our error ex. changed your mind, ordered accidentally, or backordered, there will be a 5% fee charged, as we get charged a fee for the cancellation. Refund will be via your original payment method. Custom products/orders can not be cancelled. Once your order has been marked as shipped, your order can NOT be cancelled.

- If a product/order needs to be returned AFTER the giveaway drawing that is unopened/opened but not installed, for any reason other than it being our error, customer will be responsible for a 5% fee and return shipping. You will be issued store credit once we confirmed your return. If you want to return products that you have installed, you must return them in the original box they came in, and there will be a 5% fee plus 20% restocking fee. You must start the return process within 15 days of receiving your order. If you do not have the original box, we will not be able to accept your return.

- If it’s due to our error, don’t worry! We'll send you a return label and refund you via your original payment method. 


- All unmodified products have a manufacturer warranty, you are in good hands knowing we are here to help! After troubleshooting and it is determined you have a defective product, we will send you a replacement before you have to ship the other one back. We'll send you a return label to return the defective product. If the defective product is not returned in a timely manner using the prepaid return label we send to your email, your card will be charged for the replacement product.

- Custom lights/wheels/products  are non-refundable/non-returnable as they are built to order. Products that are modified in any way are no longer accepted under the manufacturer warranty.



No purchase necessary to enter.

To enter the giveaway without making a purchase, on a plain piece of 3”x5” paper, hand print your complete first and last name, street address, city, state/province, zip/postal code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), e-mail address, phone number including area code. Mail your entry in a #10 business-size envelope with first-class postage affixed to: Square1 Offroad, P.O. Box 122, Clarkesville, GA 30523. Your outer-mailing envelope must include a valid return address, which includes a complete first and last name. Mailed entries received without a verifiable and legible return address will be deemed incomplete and invalid. Limit one entry per outer-mailing envelope. Bulk shipments (multiple entries in one shipping package) will not be accepted. Mail-in entry, including outer-mailing envelope must be handwritten. No mechanically reproduced entries or metered mail permitted. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 6, 2024, and received by July 13, 2024 to be eligible for the random drawing. Each mail-in envelope will count as 5 entries, provided that the mail-in entry complies with the above requirements. 


Mail-in entries that are not in the format specified above, that are illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, or reproduced via photocopier or otherwise will be considered null and void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected, postage-due entries or entries not received by the deadline. No correspondence will be acknowledged or entered into; requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged.
