Price is for a set of 4. 2003-2026 FORD F-250/350 SRW Spacer 125mm Hub Bore. These are only for AFTERMARKET WHEELS. If you are running OEM wheels, you will need hub centric.

Lug Nuts to mount the spacer to the hub are included.
1.5" may require trimming OEM wheel studs to avoid contact with the backpad of the wheel. CHECK WITH A STRAIGHT EDGE BEFORE INSTALLING WHEEL. IT IS 100% UP TO THE INSTALLER/END USER TO CHECK THIS. IF THE STUDS ON THE HUB PROTRUDES PAST THE FACE OF THE SPACER, IT WILL EVENTUALLY CAUSE A FAILURE! If stud pockets are in the backpad of the wheel, trimming generally would not be required!
