Zone Offroad 6.5" Suspension System 13-18 6.7L Cummins Ram 3500 2013-2018 6.7L Cummins Dodge Ram 3500 4x4
Take your Ram to new heights with this complete suspension system from Zone! This complete Zone Offroad lift kit for the 3500 Ram follows the same design as their 4.5" system. The system utilizes the same heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets to properly compensate for the massive 6.5" progressive rate coil springs.
The supplied drop pitman arm, extended bump stops, track bar relocation bracket, sway bar drops and brake line relocation adjust all the rest of the critical components and angles. The system coupled with a choice of standard hydraulic or Nitro shocks provides a great handling, smooth ride suspension system. The rear of the truck is lifted via a 5" block and u-bolts to provide a level stance.
For those looking to use their 4wd on the road at speed we highly recommend adding the optional t-case indexing kit to improve the front driveline angles. These two kits (for the 6-bolt and 8-bolt T-cases) come with a t-case indexing ring, front driveshaft spacer and heavy-duty replacement transmission crossmember. The t-case indexing kits can be installed when the lift is installed or anytime after if the need arises. The indexing kits will also work with other lift heights and brands for those customers in need of one.
SHOCK OPTIONS - We offer this kit with several shock options:
No Shocks: If you'd rather supply your own shocks, no problem, we give you this option.
Nitro Series Shocks: Zone Nitro Series shock absorber offers stock-like control and performance with fully displaced valving for improved compression and extension travel. This vehicle specific valving is pressurized with 50 psi nitrogen gas; this gas charge ensures split second response and reduced aeration. Combine these features with the special Fluon-banded piston and this shock is built to perform!
Fox Adventure Series Shocks: Built specifically to compliment your Zone lift kit, FOX's proven damping technology provides a comfortable on-road ride and predictable off-road handling in a variety of conditions. Their monotube design uses an internal floating piston (IFP) to separate the shock oil from the high-pressure, nitrogen-charged gas chamber, preventing oil aeration for fade-free performance in rough terrain.
Important Notes
Although very rare, front driveline vibration may occur at speeds over 35 mph when in 4WD. If this occurs, install the appropriate optional transfer case indexing kit. Optional t-case indexing ring kit recommended to reduce front driveline angle. Models with a 6 bolt transfer case use part # D5613. Models with an 8 bolt transfer case use part #D5813.
Vehicles equipped with a two piece drive shaft and a carrier bearing require bearing drop kit D5405.
Not designed for dually models.
Not designed for factory rear airbag suspension models.
